Author Greg Mortenson's bestseller "Three Cups of Tea," will be the focus of a discussion hosted by the Wyandotte-Downriver branch of the American Association of University Women at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Southgate Veterans Memorial Library, 14680 Dix-Toledo Road.
The book chronicles Mortenson's success establishing 55 schools in remote areas of Afghanistan and Pakistan.
A limited amount of tickets to hear the author speak May 6 at the Grosse Ile War Memorial will be available.

Retired Greenfield Village history presenter Brian Kutcher will show a film on the village's history at 3:30 p.m. Sunday during the Lincoln Park Historical Society's meeting at the Lincoln Park Historical Museum, 1335 Southfield Road.
