THE EYE — Sydney Wells (Jessica Alba), an accomplished Los Angeles-based concert violinist, has been blind since childhood. After undergoing a double corneal transplant to restore her eyesight, unexplainable shadowy and frightening images start to haunt her, and she's convinced that her anonymous eye donor has somehow opened the door to a terrifying world only she can now see. OVER HER DEAD BODY — Devastated when his fiancee, Kate (Eva Longoria Parker), is killed on their wedding day, Henry (Paul Rudd) agrees to consult a psychic, Ashley (Lake Bell). Despite his skepticism over her psychic abilities, Henry finds himself falling hard for Ashley, and vice versa, while Ashley is being haunted by Kate's ghost. Rated PG-13 (New Line Cinema). MJR

STRANGE WILDERNESS — Animal enthusiast Peter Gaulke (Steve Zahn) and his sidekick, Fred Wolf (Allen Covert), host an ailing wildlife TV show, "Strange Wilderness," and desperate to save it, Peter hatches a scheme to find the one animal that could turn the show around and change the nature-show landscape forever — Bigfoot. THE BUCKET LIST —Corporate billionaire Edward Cole (Jack Nicholson) and working class mechanic Carter Chambers (Morgan Freeman) share a hospital room and discover they both have a desire to do everything they ever wanted to do before "kicking the bucket." CLOVERFIELD — Five young New Yorkers throw their friend a going-away party the night that a monster the size of a skyscraper descends upon the city. DINOSAURS ALIVE! 3D — From the sand dunes of Mongolia's Gobi Desert to the sandstone buttes of New Mexico, the film follows American Museum of Natural History paleontologists as they explore some of the greatest dinosaur finds in history. IMAX

FIRST SUNDAY — Durell (Ice Cube) and LeeJohn (Tracy Morgan), best friends and bumbling petty criminals, have one week to pay a debt or else Durell will lose his son. THE GOLDEN COMPASS — The fantasy adventure is set in an alternative world where Lyra (Dakota Blue Richards), a 12-year-old girl who starts out trying to rescue a kidnapped friend, winds up on an epic quest to save not only her world, but ours, as well. HOW SHE MOVE — Raya Green 17, attends a prestigious private school outside her tough, crime-ridden neighborhood, but a tragedy forces her to return to the old community. To raise money to return to her old school, she is drawn into the world of underground dance competitions. Rated PG-13 (Paramount Vantage). MJR, AMC

I AM LEGEND — For three years, Robert Neville (Will Smith), the last human survivor of an attack of a mysterious virus in New York City and maybe the world, has been desperate to find any other survivors. Also stars Salli Richardson and Charlie Tahan. Rated PG-13 (Warner Bros.). MJR

JUNO — Juno (Ellen Page) is a whip-smart teen confronting an unplanned pregnancy by her classmate Paulie Bleeker (Michael Cera). With the help of her best friend, Juno finds her unborn child a "perfect" set of parents, Mark and Vanessa, (Jennifer Garner and Jason Bateman) who are longing to adopt. MAD MONEY — Three ordinary women (Diane Keaton, Queen Latifah and Katie Holmes) who form an unlikely friendship decide to rob one of the most secure banks in the world. Rated PG-13 (Overture). MJR

MEET THE SPARTANS — In this spoof of the movie "300," heroic Leonidas leads a ragtag group of 13 Spartans to defend their homeland against the invading Persians (whose ranks include Ghost Rider, Rocky Balboa, the Transformers and a hunchbacked Paris Hilton). MR. MAGORIUM'S WONDER EMPORIUM — Mr. Magorium's (Dustin Hoffman) Wonder Emporium is a magic toy store, and everything in it comes to life, including the store itself. NATIONAL TREASURE: BOOK OF SECRETS — When a missing page from the diary of John Wilkes Booth surfaces, treasure hunter Ben Gates' (Nicolas Cage) great-great grandfather is implicated as a key conspirator in Abraham Lincoln's death. THE PIRATES WHO DON'T DO ANYTHING: A VEGGIE TALES MOVIE — Three animated veggie pals reluctantly set sail for adventure and discover that real heroes don't have to be tall, strong, handsome or even human, while learning what it really means to be a hero. Rated G (Universal Pictures). MJR

RAMBO — John Rambo (Sylvester Stallone) has retreated to Thailand to live a solitary, simple life in the mountains and jungles. SEA MONSTERS 3D: A PREHISTORIC ADVENTURE — Photo-realistic computer-generated animation transports audiences back to the Late Cretaceous period, when a great inland sea divided North America in two. IMAX

THERE WILL BE BLOOD — Set on the incendiary frontier of California's turn-of-the-century petroleum boom, the story chronicles the life and times of Daniel Plainview (Daniel Day-Lewis), who transforms himself from a down-and-out silver miner raising a son on his own into a self-made oil tycoon.
